Let cool.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"b6vtg\" data-offset-key=\"3k84k-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"3k84k-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3k84k-0-0\">Make the dressing:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"b6vtg\" data-offset-key=\"es99m-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"es99m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"es99m-0-0\">In a food processor, combine the lemon juice with the minced garlic and let stand for 15 minutes. Transfer half of the toasted almonds to the food processor.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"b6vtg\" data-offset-key=\"e40oe-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"e40oe-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"e40oe-0-0\">Add the cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper and pulse until chopped. Add the olive oil and process to a chunky paste. Season with salt and pepper; transfer to a large bowl.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"b6vtg\" data-offset-key=\"8e9e7-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"8e9e7-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"8e9e7-0-0\">Add the chickpeas, carrots and raisins to the bowl and toss.
